This Cookie Policy explains how AcznTeams, operated by RCME Legacy LLC ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at acznteams.com and our web application at app.acznteams.com (together, the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally. With one exception, we use cookies only to operate and secure the Site. The exception is a single, optional advertising cookie — the Meta Pixel — on our marketing website (acznteams.com), which loads only if you consent to it through our cookie banner. Our web application (app.acznteams.com) and our mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to make the site work, to keep you signed in, and to remember basic preferences. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session tokens, perform comparable functions. Cookies can be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. How we use cookies
We use most cookies only to operate the Site and keep it secure. On our marketing website (acznteams.com) we also use one optional advertising cookie — the Meta Pixel — but only after you consent to it through our cookie banner (see "Advertising cookies" below and Section 4). Specifically, we use:
Strictly necessary cookies that are required for the Site to function — for example, to authenticate you, keep you signed in during a session, route your requests securely, and protect against fraud and abuse. The Site cannot work properly without these, so they are not subject to consent.
Functional cookies that remember basic choices you make, such as staying logged in, so you do not have to re-enter information each time. These improve your experience but are limited to the operation of the Service.
Advertising cookies (marketing website only, consent-based). With your consent, our marketing website loads the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram). It helps us measure the performance of our ads, understand which visits lead to sign-ups, and reach similar audiences on Meta's platforms. We load it only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner; if you decline or ignore the banner, it is not loaded. It is never used on app.acznteams.com or in our mobile apps. Meta's handling of the information it receives is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

The table below summarizes the categories of cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Exact cookie names may change as we maintain the Service, but the categories and purposes remain as described.

Aside from the consent-based Meta Pixel on our marketing website, we do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies. Because the Meta Pixel may constitute a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state privacy laws, we load it only with your consent and provide the opt-out described in Section 4; declining our cookie banner, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, prevents it from loading.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary or functional cookies may cause parts of the Site to stop working — for example, you may not be able to stay signed in. For the one non-essential cookie we use — the Meta Pixel on our marketing website — you control it directly through our cookie banner: click "Decline" and it never loads, or clear your browser's site storage to reset your choice and be asked again. The Meta Pixel is never loaded on app.acznteams.com or in our mobile apps.
Your privacy choices / Do Not Sell or Share. Because loading the Meta Pixel may involve a "sale" or "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state privacy laws, you can opt out at any time by clicking "Decline" on our cookie banner (or by not accepting it). Where required by law, we also honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request not to load the Meta Pixel. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals, which have no agreed standard.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we introduce new functionality. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. We request your consent before loading the advertising cookie described in this policy, and we will do the same for any additional analytics or advertising technologies we may add in the future.
