Terms of Service

Welcome to AcznTeams (the "App"), operated by RCME Legacy LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By creating an account, redeeming an invite, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

AcznTeams is a workforce management tool that helps businesses schedule shifts, track time and attendance, assign tasks, run training, and communicate with their teams. The App is a tool provided to businesses ("Employers") and their staff ("Team Members"); AcznTeams is not your employer and is not a party to the employment relationship between an Employer and its Team Members.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum working age in your jurisdiction, to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Employer administrators may create, modify, deactivate, or remove Team Member accounts within their business, and may reset account passwords. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes not: attempting to access data belonging to another business; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; uploading unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; falsifying time or location records; or using the App to violate any applicable law, including wage-and-hour and labor laws.

4. Location & time records

Certain features (such as clock-in geofencing) use your device's location while you actively use them. Time, attendance, and location records are made available to your Employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you submit; your Employer is responsible for how those records are used for payroll and compliance.

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for their use of the App in compliance with applicable employment, privacy, wage, scheduling, and labor laws, and for obtaining any consents required from their Team Members. AcznTeams provides the tooling but does not provide legal, payroll, or compliance advice.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and content provided by AcznTeams, is owned by RCME Legacy LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Content you or your Employer submit remains yours/theirs.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AcznTeams does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records will be free of inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcznTeams will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or wages, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the service. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
